I have been getting email about a non funded money transfer transaction. But my bank statement shows differently. Not once but twice. (Each have different transaction number. Only one I authorized). I tried to contact the RIA support first as soon as the issue happened on 22-Aug-2021. I was directed to a claims department which is unreachable any time of the day. I have tried again many times. Attached is the email I received after I disputed my duplicate transaction with my Bank. But it is not true. I am not able to reach their contacts either. This company should be shut down ASAP. They randomly cancel transactions for NO reason. Then its impossible to get thru to their compliance department because.they randomly cancel so many transactions. Once you get someone on the phone it is someone overseas who can't talk good english. Then they get an attitude and hang up on you. They put a fraud alert on my name and tell me that there is nothing that the can do.... THIS is who ******* does business with... And ******* worker don't know any better either..... I plan to collect my funds tomorrow & I may STILL take them in small claims court. How can one company mess up such a simple process? I plan to shout it from the rooftops. Leave it to ******* to use a shady non service like this. Never again! BAND RIA **************************
